All our bookmarks are sent as unregistered mail, i.e. letters, to offer free shipping. Therefore, they don't include tracking options, and in 99% of cases, they will reach you within the regular delivery timeframe according to your location (available in FAQ section). If you wish to add tracking to your package, please add the tracking and insurance listing to your order. Don't hesitate to send me a message if you need more info! :)

I order a book from this shop on 4/3 but didn't receive it unfortunately. I reached out to the owner who asked that I certainly should have received it by now and asked if I could wait 3 more days just to be sure. I agreed. Another week has pasted and now she won't even return my messages. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't be surprise if this was a scam business. Take $5 from customers, keep the money, and then ignore messages hoping complaining customers will go away since it's a small dollar amount transaction. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP - THE WORST EVER.
